Concrete casting will begin within the next days
Good news from Tres Unidos! The villagers organised the sand and already started to bring it to the village’s opposite riverside. People really have to labour carrying the heavy load in bags across the water. But as it looks on the photographs that reached us by mail, no other tools or equipment are available to ease that strenuous job.
The reinforcement steel which will be bent to form
the anchor rods also is going
to be ready by the end of this week.
So far these are the last things to wait for,
before the casting can start.
