Build a bridge 

to bridge the gap

Ney Linares, our "original link" between Tres Unidos and Bridges to Prosperity, right now visits his village of origin. What he brings along is a 1.000 Dollar donation for the bridge project. With this money we paid the reinforcement steel and some tools and welding equipment.

 

We are very glad about Neys visit in Tres Unidos because we hope him to bring forward the construction works. Ney is an engineer himself and knows about the importance of some of the details in the construction process (e.g. the necessity of thourough corrosion protection). He can give advice to the volunteers. But most important, he will for the first time see the progress the villagers already made, in reality.
